With her face still buried in her knees Marie didn't move when she heard someone call her name. She knew exactly who it was without looking up.

He had already seen her crying in the waiting room, he didn't need to see her crying out here in the corridor too. Taking a few deep breaths she tried to stop the tears. Really, why was she crying anyway, she had been the one that broke up with Jimmy, not the other way around. That still didn't seem to make the hurt any less though.
Now that Finn was sitting next to her and asking what was wrong she couldn't very well ignore him. Raising her head she wiped away the tears before looking over towards him. Might as well tell him what happened. It was sure to get out sooner or later.
"I... broke up with Jim."
