He listened with interest as Gin explained some of what she had gone through with her own feelings. The beater wincing unconsciously as she spoke of bludgers and appologising to her brother only meaning something may have happened over the summer.
He groaned at his girlfriend's choice of words even as she corrected herself on not intending the pun with his name. "He may have. One can never be certain that his mind wasn't distracted by other things," he mused with a chuckle in tease.
"Woot! Sounds good to m--" Sirius started to say in response to James' comment about winning the cup, breaking off as he heard the rest of his best mate's words. "Better then moi?!" Sirius remarked bringing a hand to his chest as if afronted by James' words about there being better players.
"You better not be thinking of giving Lily my position there Prongs..." he added with a raised eyebrow remembering what he had said about Lily's arm. His expression relaxing after a few moments into asmirk to show he was speaking in jest not annoyance.
