Watching the players (mostly Ev and Ellie, with one eye on Jacob of course because of that bat!) and trying to decipher the plays that Max was calling, Hadley hardly noticed someone sit down on her other side until he spoke to her. So close to the sky? Oh what was he talking about?!?
Staring at him for a moment, it took her a bit to figure out he was making fun of the fact that she taught an astronomy lesson this term. "Oh hi, Riley. Sure ... The Spring breeze is comfortable up here. Just as long as the balls or players don't come flying at us or something." Yup, worst fear of attending a match. And one reason she tended to spend most of her Hogwarts days matches watching the match safely from the Library window.
Riley contiuned to cheer on the Ravenclaw players as they flew up and down the pitch trying to score then finally they caught the Snitch! One BIG ole' point for Ravenclaw!
Turning away from the match slightly to look towards his Arithmancy Professor he chuckled.
"Oh yeah the breeze is nice." he said shaking his leg and patting them with his hands. Quidditch always made him nervous to watch. Then she HAD to mention his one fear.
"Professor Hadley I always worry about the same thing!" he said nodding his head vigorously.
"I pretty much have to talk myself into coming to each match because I love watching them I just dont want a person flying into me full speed or a Beater to drop their bat in my face."
They certainly shouldn't hit the bat on his face or he would....make them answer to Lafay's bat!
