25. Sorting Hat

“You’ve got to fight a troll and then swim through jell-o to get to the Sorting Hat.” Hank told a firstie on the train. He was most positive the boy had believed his story. “You look small enough; all you’ll have to do is zip around the troll and into the jell-o.” He laughed ruffling the boy’s hair.
“Has anyone died from fighting the troll?”
“No…but some have come very close.”
“Hank! Stop telling the first years a bunch of lies.” Head Boy Austin commanded. “He’s only joking. No troll, no jell-o.”
“There’s jell-o at the feast though.” Smiled Hank.
