The second Remus rolls out of bed, James Potter, Sirus Black and Peter Pettigrew are tackling him and doing their version of singing, which is more like screeching:

“HAPPY COMING TO LIFE DAY, MOONY! FOR FOR HE WAS A JOLLY GOOD FELLOOOOWW FOR HE WAS A JOLLY GOOD FELLOW FOR HE WAS A JOLLY GOOOD FEEELLOOOOOOOOOOOOW, AND NOBODY CAN--” A word that would shock the mothers of all four of them was added, “--DENY!”

The muffled sound of laughter comes out of the birthday boy, followed by accusations of being squished to death on his seventeenth birthday.
