As Sierra continued to stare straight forward and toward the professor, she began to narrow her eyes and cross her arms over her chest in frustration. Of course, she just happened to be looking in the professor's direction at the moment. Her expression and anger weren't directed toward him--they were both directed toward the Hufflepuff Brigade that must have decided today was the day to make her life miserable.
This very same thing was why she was leery of Puffers...
She could hear Treyen defending himself, yet she still didn't turn around. Maybe if they all thought she was ignoring them, they'd turn their attention elsewhere.
Why in the name of Merlin wasn't Zookara starting the lesson?!
Her eyes rolled when the Puffer Girl asked if she couldn't tell when someone was teasing. Of course she could...but when the teasing happened to be about
relationships, well that just took on a whole new outlook altogether. Still, she didn't turn around.
Start the lesson, Zookara, start the lesson!
She narrowed her eyes even further when Head Badger Boy decided to feed her some story about him talking about someone else other than her. So maybe he had been, but it sure had sounded like it was all about her...and Treyen, at that! She raised her eyebrows in thought when he said the relationship he'd been talking about concerned someone
else not in this room. Hmm, maybe it
hadn't been about her after all...
Although she hated being referred to as 'poor kid', Jake Morgan's attempt to end the conversation was a welcome sound to Sierra's ears. She drew in a deep breath and then let it all out in a huff.
Hufflepuff boys were going to drive her insane this term!
