Lexi let a shrug roll off of his shoulders. "Never asked him how long for him... but I had been thinking a lot about him before we kissed in Diagon. Why are you so interested, may I ask? Not that it really matters... there just seems to be something, perhaps under the surface here," Lexi said as she gathered her things and looked at the little Huffie curiously.
"Good for you two. GLad to hear it." She gave a genuine smile.
Sighs. If Mia was going to hate on her being with Sal she may as well just leave now. No one was going to bring her down from this high. Sal made her happy, she made him happy, so people were going to have to deal with it or ignore it, really. In fact, Lexi stood back up and looked down at the girl for a moment and sighed heavily.
Heaving a sigh of her own, Mia rubbed at her forehead.
"I apologise Lexi for coming off that way. I'm happy for you. Really I am. It's just that..." Maybe she should just keep her mouth shut. Stay out of it. This wasn't like her to get involved. But it seemed Lexi had already picked up on...well stuff.
"Look not so long ago Sal gave me a really hard time about me being with Nik. Told me there were plenty of great guys right under my nose." She gave Lexi a meaningful look, she didn't think she needed to spell it out anymore than that.
Mia sighed again and also stood up.
"Obviously he's moved on and good for him. I hope you two are really happy together."
