Salander has been sitting quietly behind Lexi, chin resting on one hand and the other holding a quill at the ready but the parchment has been nice and spotless for a good while now. He had finally managed to shift his eyes from the pretty blonde bob in front of him when he heard a soft, sobbing somewhere off to his side. All he could see was a small, hooded figure and had no clue who it was until he heard Jake whisper out...

Kurumi? Now why was she crying?

He frowned, deciding to try to speak with the young Gryffindor after class. He shifted his eyes back to front to try to figure out where the lesson was currently at. Ok something about families and crunching numbers. Someone said Families Suck. Well heck Salander agrees 101%.

So apparently they need to code their family names and get the meanings. Simple enough he mused as he began to scribble earnestly on his parchment

Book description: ELEVEN (11/2): You inherit the ability to uplift, encourage, and inspire others. Your family name brings with it a sensitivity to others and the desire for spiritual living. You will learn from life through many tests that illuminate certain universal truths.

Interpretation: I supposed some of the book description is true. I do try to make people feel better specially when they're down in the dumps or they dont feel up to it. I know what its like to feel that way and to not have anybody to talk to or to even console me so I try my best to keep them from experiencing what I did, even if all I do is to just listen to them talk (which happens most of the time cuz I really have no clue how to fix their problems anyway. Lucky most of them never ask, otherwise I think they'd be worse off than they first started, just sayin).

I dunno about that part with the spiritual living-- I will admit I'm not particularly religious, maybe my dad-- who I inherited this name from; certainly not my mom, although the term "biblical sense" is some kind of a cruel joke about her from the rags that I never particularly liked to say the least. Then again my mom has stopped carrying my dad's name since I was 5 so maybe she dont really need to be that spiritual you know?

Uhm.... I dunno about the universal truths part. Heck I'm just having a hard time figuring out if someone is lying to me or not you know what I'm saying? So yeah, not sure about that last part either.

He dropped the quill back onto his parchment, leaned back into his seat and resumed staring at the lovely blonde locks that bobs from time to time in front of him.
