Bagel Bites Perpetually kept by Erin
DENIALS. Such denials.
During his first and second year, he had a hard time finding a real girlfriend. His crushes at that time did not return his love at all. If you count Professor Bunbury a crush then don't you miss counting her. And on his fourth year he had a real girlfriend and everybody knew that. And they broke up and on his sixth year, well, he thought he found the girl he'd want to be with forever. Just to make this short and waaaay clearer: Why deny your relationship when it's something to be proud of?
A frown so clear forced its way through his broad smile and glinting eyes, climbing its way up to his forehead. And then his smile was gone. His lips quirked in the corners. He felt the urge to cover his hears as Treyen had loudly shouted... but it was Sierra's that almost made him jump from his seat. Didn't these two know that it was very undignified to shout in a class that's barely started? It could get him in a detention... for letting or making kids shout.
He managed a small smile which, at once, became a sly one. He didn't know Sierra was eavesdropping. "Ah, you must have heard wrong, Sierra." Lying, denying... he wasn't good at that. "I was just asking Treyen about relationships--I don't remember that I mentioned your name." Cue slyly innocent smile.
Cedric was startled as another voice joined their conversation. Hmm. He turned and a Hufflepuff girl was before his eyes. And he heard Treyen tell her no one's talking about relationship here. "Well, actually we do." And then he turned to Sierra and saw that MORTIFIED look on her face. "But the other person involved isn't in this very room." Cedric smiled, a little impressed with himself. "And another thing. This is boy's talk."
And then he watched as the girl apologized to Treyen. "Yeah, Treyen, I guess, that's it." He chuckled. "Just for fun."
