She kept her eyes on the ball as he kicked the ball back to her. When the ball came over to her, she stuck her foot out and turned it sideways. She stopped it. She really stopped it. she looked down to check to she if she stopped it completely. she looked at Carter and grinned "Hey, I did it. I stopped it." she sound exactly like a little kid who had just had leaned how to ride their bike without their parents following behind them.

Carter smiled and ran over to her. "See. I told you that you could do it." he said happily giving her a playful little hit on the arm. He then looked at her for a second with a sudden urge to clarify the relationship with a kiss. But he soon came out of his daze to realize he must have been awkwardly staring at her.

"So..." he said before clearing his throat. "Shall we give that another go?" he asked.
