Despite the fact that her back was turned to Michael, Sierra rolled her eyes at the boy. Why did she even think she could get away from him that easily? He was a...a leech. Yes, a leech. He was always there, no matter what.
She paused in her tracks and spun around on her heels.
"To learn from me? I knew you just wanted something from me," she remarked. She, of all people, would know how to spot those type people from miles around. She was a Slytherin, after all.
In the back of her mind, she started second-guessing the way she was speaking to him. What was she even so angry at him for anyway? He was only trying to be nice. She froze when he made the comment about it being hard not to notice her. She knew where he was going with that line of thinking, and at eleven-years-old (practically twelve now), it still sort of embarrassed her a little.
He'd stepped out of the way, which she knew meant he was allowing her to pass. She remained still as she looked up at him and said,
"I'm not angry with you. You mistake my personality for anger."
...and then she stepped forward and walked off.
