Default Films out now involving the HP cast

Five Children and It is out now in cinemas and features Kenneth Branagh who was Lockhart in CoS and Zoë Wanamaker who played Madam Hooch in PS.

Many people have made comparisions between this film and Potter mainly because of the magical theme:

Quote:
The beginning has a distinct Harry Potter feel to it, The theme tune is clearly influenced by HP. Kenneth Branagh is the quintessential English Eccentric but unlike the Hollywood stereotype this is a British film that has it's tongue firmly in cheek. Zoe Wannamaker as the caring housekeeper who knows more that she lets on is wonderful.
The film also features Eddie Izzard.

Quote:
'It' is Psanmead (Eddie Izzard), an ancient, ugly and irritable sand fairy the children find one day in a gravel pit. It grants them a wish a day, lasting until sunset. But they soon learn it is very hard to think of really sensible wishes, and each one gets them into unexpected difficulties. Magic, the children find, can be as awkward as it is enticing.
Finding Neverland is also out now and features Julie Christie who is Madame Rosmerta in PoA. It also features Ian Hart who played Quirrel in PS and Paul Whitehouse who played Sir Cadogan in PoA.

Quote:
The movie details the experiences of 'Peter Pan' author J.M. Barrie, which lead him to write the children's classic. He got to know four children who have no fathers. Drawing from his time with the kids, he writes a story about children who don't want to grow up.
