The Ultimate Editions of
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix and
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, the fifth and sixth installments of the series, are reported to be released on Tuesday, June 14, 2011 in the U.S, according to
Home Media magazine. Pre-orders are set for May 10, 2011. A tentative look at the
Half-Blood Prince set can be found below.
The fifth and sixth Ultimate Editions will also feature an hour-plus DVD dedicated to the “Creating the World of Harry Potter” documentary. The feature attached to
Order of the Phoenix will focus on The Evolution of Harry Potter, while the segment with
Half-Blood Prince, as shown in the image above, will give a behind-the-scenes look at the Magical Special Effects.
The two-disc Blu-ray releases are listed at $49.99, with the three-DVD versions at $39.92. Each set will contain a small 44-page photo book on various promos and sets from the eight-film series, two character cards, lenticular card, and digital copy of the film.
