Jake was not deluded enough to think that anything else he said would be listened to. He just shook his head; snide comments, kids scared of HIM?! That was rich. And Lafay had a lot of it completely wrong.

"Whatever," Jake mumbled with a sniff. He didn't believe nobody wanted him to leave, and even if that was true they weren't taking into account that HE wanted out.

"Of course, I must be in the wruh-wrong because she sssays so!" the young man almost cried out. He was done trying to get people to see his point... it'd never work.

Jake shook his head at the 'request' to sit down and put both hands over his face and attempted to rub his eyes, just so he didn't have to look at anything. "I don't care about the future. I don't need a job. I'm fine." He didn't say it out loud and rarely told anyone, but because his biological dad had a great deal of money, he'd given loads to Jake as a way of buying attention or something, and Jake was set. But yeah... he didn't say it. He let people assume otherwise. They didn't need to know.

"I didn't even ask for you to c-call her here, and I didn't get a chance to ask you to ssstop. In class, I asked a question. Kids are scared of Lafay, they need to know that it's okay to ask a simply bleedin' question. I can hhhardly help but dis-...disrespect someone if they treat mmme like she does."

Even as he spoke, his London accent thickened, which was something he hated. Jake ran his hands through his hands and shook his head. He hadn't sat down; and was itching, once again, to go and kick something. Or scream. SOMETHING.

"I need to go. I have to talk to someone, because I'm not sure I can stay in this place anymore. If I choose to sssolve this by leaving then that's it. It's much b-better if I just... go huh-home," Jake said simply, realising he was still crying. It wasn't stopping... but he'd have to make sure. He wasn't HAPPY and the young man was certain that leaving would fix that, even if temporarily.

But Neptune. Neptune would help him.
