Thought I'd do one from Sirius's point of view this time.

64. Nap

Sirius opened an eye. He had been having a nap, but had been woken by his 8-month-old daughter, who standing on her feet, looking at him with puppy-dog eyes, her hair a Gryffindor red.

‘Me wanna nap with daddy!’ she said.

‘You heard her Sirius, she wanna nap with daddy!’ said Samantha, his beautiful wife, poking her head round the kitchen door, her hair matching her daughter’s.

Sirius pulled a face at her as he lifted Sarah up. The small girl giggled, then almost seem to fall asleep instantly, lying on his chest. He smiled and stroked her hair softly.
