Rowan entered the corridor outside Professor Magnus's office, her cat Pandora hot on her heels as usual. She was not certain she wanted to discuss her issue with this new professor; she knew nothing about her. However, Lafay had suggested that she come here and for some reason Rowan trusted her so....

She sat in one of the cozy chairs and allowed Panda to hop into her lap for a snuggle. She nervously wiggled her feet and waited.
