"Co-VAH-dium!" Jake cast, intense concentration on his face as he swished his wand to the left and tapped the candy wrapper with it... turning it into a fake/plastic flower. A ROSE to be exact. With a self-satisfied smile, Jake dropped it into the vase. "How's that?"

Neptune mumbled something about the lake being a fish loo and something else about The Champion with cupcakes. The details just weren't important. Probably.

....giggle.

Weeeeeeeell well. And who said Hufflepuffy's were thick? Her Hufflepuff caught right on and performed admirably! "I'd smell it," you know, for show even though it was fake and all, "but it used to be trash." So, she'd just show her appreciation from afar. Or, giggle, maybe not sooooo far. She leaned over and rubbed at his arm, her hand still hidden in the robe, but still. It was something. "Thank you, Jacob."

Now it was Miss Bott's turn to try again. Like Jake, she summoned a bit of rubbish from the floor (double ew), a piece of old newspaper this time. She concentrated double-hard, attempting something pretty and not so plain. It WAS for Jake after all. "Covadium!"

Neptune frowned at the finished product, a newspaper turned apron. It wasn't NEARLY as pretty as she had hoped. "Suppose it's ... both our House colors." She had so been trying for pink though. Pink with polkadots. Ah well. Jake would put it on though? RIGHT?
