5. Astronomy

The tower shone in a bright moonlit glow. Everything below her glittered from majestically covered in freshly fallen snow.

She looked up at the moon, watching sky intently. Tonight her assignment was to watch the sky for shooting stars. She wished she would see one – wished she could have him love her back.

Eleven years old, and being talked to by a demanding diary wasn’t enough – she wanted Harry Potter the boy who loved to love her as she loved him.

And this night, as she did her Astronomy homework, she wished for that upon every twinkling star she saw.
