Next time, see if you can persuade Brae and Riley to sit on the Ravenclaw side, eh?" He chortled, his mustache bristling from his laughter and the cold weather.
Looking around momentarily, he began, "What do you say to a ride on the grounds? I know that Braeden would be jealous, but no one has to know." The Ravenclaw had to hold back his laughter; it was no secret that people believed he and the Gryffindor to have more than a solid friendship but he didn't let those words get to him. Those fools were too daft to realize the depth of their male-to-male friendship.
Braeden just so happened to be very conveniently passing by the sleigh rides when he caught sight of his best mate Deus and Roderigo talking. The boy had considered the idea of going on a sleigh ride, but in the end his hunger had won the debate and he had opted best to head off to one of the tables adorned with all types of delicious food.
However, when he saw Deus and Roderigo together, he just
had to set the thoughts of food aside. Those two looked like they were about to go on a sleigh ride and Braeden wouldn't wanna miss that! He loved sleigh rides, and even more so if they were with friends!
And he didn't want to leave Deus with Roderigo for too long. Hmph.
"
Did somebody call my name?" came the Gryffindor's voice as he poked his head of disheveled lion's mane between the other two Ravenclaws. He flashed the two boys a lopsided grin and gestured toward one of the sleighs by lifting his chin at it slightly. "Going for a ride?" he asked.
