When Jake got himself into a relationship, it was only if he really felt he wanted one... and if he cared for the person. That was what this was and he knew it. He cared for Neptune; felt real affection towards her.

He completely forgot where he was... dragon lady? HA. Who cared? He and Neptune were together... time could stand still.

Jake only rested his hands on Neptune's waist and smiled as she squished closer.

It was good to care about someone.

And it was good to be cared about.
