Harry Potter films' receiving the Outstanding Contribution to Cinema honour, which the pair, along with Emma Watson, directors David Yates, Mike Newell, and Alfonso Cuaron, and producers David Heyman and David Barron, will pick up on stage. Helena Bonham Carter, who was nominated for and
WON at this evening for her work in
The King's Speech, voiced her joy at the movie garnering the recognition it has from viewers and critics alike.
Jo admitted that she is writing something at the moment, though would not divulge specifics. Those can be viewed below.

The Orange British Academy Film Awards will air this evening on BBC 1 in the UK, and telecast on BBC America in the U.S. at 8pm EST/PST. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I lost in both of the categories it was nominated for:
makeup and hair went to
Alice in Wonderland;
special effects award was given to
Inception.
