Or not.
Lowering her wand and letting her arm hang by her side for the moment, the Slytherin blinked at the girl before frowning in confusion. "Red, blue, and yellow wires? What are you talking about?" she asked, her eyes flickering from the box, to back to Destiny a few times. "Just put a freezing charm on it." That's…what you were supposed to do right? Freeze the bomb? She saw those things on the tellimission. Well...the end parts anyhow. It could blow up this whole school!
…"How do you even know it's a bomb?" It just looked like a gift to her, but then again, Destiny could be right. Constant Vigilance!
What was she talking about? WHAT WAS SHE TALKING ABOUT!?
"I'm talking about the bomb!" Destiny would have taken the package from under her arm and gave it a good ole' shaking, but she knew that would just make the thing explode faster.
"How do you think they make bombs, huh? They connect all these wires and then there is only one that you can cut to stop it from exploding."
And unfortunately, for the WHOLE castle, Destiny Shepard forgot which wire that was.
Huffing and rolling her eyes at Evelyn and her OBVIOUS lack of muggle knowledge, she continued up the steps, closer to her friend and despite the fact that she could blow up at any moment, she wanted her horn back.
"You can't freeze muggle bombs, Evelyn."
How did she know it was a bomb? HOW DID SHE KNOW IT WAS A BOMB!?
"It's wrapped in brown paper."
Duh.
