That person Josh was seeing in the mirror, his own reflection of course he was not a schizophrene to see other things and people that did not exist, he looked just as he wanted but he was not sure if he had enough guts to do what he was planning. It was a fact that probably known and figured out by many people that he was the bravest Gryffindor, at least in this school, as even his own housemates had proved lately by acting like totally fainthearted chickens at the cases like losing even a bit of points even for speaking up one's mind, having a little fun or protecting a friend. Josh was already aware that it was a honourable thing to win the House Cup but winning it was not going to change one's life nor it did anything good for the behalf of a friend or a loved one, a loved one just like the girl he was waiting for,well, actually she was more than only loved.

Though it was already proven that he was the bravest, giving up the love of somebody like her seemed to him the same as throwing himself willingly to be the target of the darkest curse ever. Yet it had to be done for her sake and wellbeing. So it was not important if the possible consequences of what was going to take place in here scared him. The person in the mirror slightly smiled too, when Josh did with the thought that, at least, this plan was definitely going to work.

When the girl he was expecting stepped inside, the Gryffindor was so lost in thought that he did not even realise it or heard the door being closed. He only kept staring with that slightly smiling face until the voice of the Slytherin girl came to his ears her words make his smile grow much wider as he searched for her reflection in the mirror. ''Well...perhaps you'r right. But not when i was attacked by a huge school of owls in that creepy owlery'' Ah, memories. He could remember his face being full of cuts and Patroclus and Carter warning him about being covered with blood and feathers.

Taking a heavy breath, the Gryffindor boy turned his back to look at the girl, still smiling as warmly as he could. ''Of course it is pretty much flattering and honourable to hear such a thing from the most adorable girl alive'' He did not know if those were right words to utter right now considering what he was planning to do but he could not help it for obvious reasons. Not to mention the fact that he missed her so much.

Then after fixing his dark brown eyes on her beautiful face for a couple moments in silence, he began to approach her slowly but in a sudden he fastened his steps and wrapped his arms around her waist, gently of course, as if she could escape any moment. And at that very moment first he looked into her hazel eyes then leaned in to kiss her. Perhaps this was a bad idea and made everything more difficult to deal with for the both of them but Merlin! It was the only and last time he could feel her like that.
