"You have a valid point, though wouldn't the risk of... danger to either side be too great to justify showing ourselves to the muggles? I mean we fear persecution, the impact on our resources, our abilities and our magical creatures. But at the same time muggles could be manipulated, taken advantage of in many more ways as well. And if they were to not accept us as magical folk then wouldn't that also jeapordise their safety? I mean think about all the Grindelwald wannabes out there. It has a huge potential for disaster."
"And in terms of us having the upper hand, it would be a huge task to modify every muggles memory, and simply eliminating the threat isnt a viable option. How do you suggest we would handle such a task if it occured?" she asked curiously, a small smile playing on her lips. It was definately an interesting discussion, there were so many things to consider.
"Well I really don't think so. If we can prove our worth to muggles by providing them with cures to maladies that they never thought possible. As for a few bad eggs I believe as long as most are good to muggles the few bad eggs will be overlooked. If we have an uprising we send our own aurors on it immediately. And if muggles don't accept us well regardless it would be quite the mess. If it got as big as you are suggesting wizards would have no choice but to eliminate muggles, yes I know thats an extreme task but it is what would happen I believe. I just hope things would never get that bad. I wish for things to work out and I know regardless there will be some against us. We just haveto get most muggles on our side.".
