Family: He is the youngest of five children, all of his siblings are sisters. Thus, he never spent much time at home and when he did he was treated like a girl by all of his older sisters. His mother was a stay at home mom and took very good care of her baby boy. His father was almost always at work, busy on the next great deal.

History: Alex grew up in a modest house in Manchester. He was always home with his mother and sisters from day one. Sometimes he saw his father and sometimes he didn't. It really didn't matter much to Alex. He got used to not having a strong father figure in his life.

His eldest sister went off to Hogwarts when he was only 3 and he always wondered where they all disappeared to once they were old enough. When he was 9, his mother took him to Diagon Alley to take his big sisters to school and Alex was amazed by the beauty of the Hogwarts express. He couldn't wait for the day when he got his turn to go.

When the day finally arrived, Alex was so excited. His train experience was great and that was where he met James Potter. He rather liked the boy and still talks to him on a daily basis. They aren't necessarily best friends, but they talk and get along with one another. Alex is actually closer friends with Lily and her friends. Growing up with sisters just made him more comfortable hanging out with girls.

Being comfortable around girls really came in handy once he started dating. He is known as somewhat of a ladie's man, but is always really sweet to whatever girl he happens to be dating.

Personality: Alex is a very egotistical guy. Growing up with four older sisters who are constantly obsessing over their looks can do that to a guy. He's one of those guys whose hair has to be perfect before he can even leave his dorm in the morning. Sometimes this makes him late for class, but he really isn't too worried about grades.

The only time grades matter to him is when it comes time for quidditch. He always needs to make sure he's able to play his position as beater. Being a beater, he also has the build which makes him even more full of himself. If he's having a bad day, he can usually be found running some laps around the pitch or the lake.
