The man even made sure to put up the boards around it for those beginner skaters who, like Elliott, were bound to bop into them a lot. That Room of Requirement that he had only recently discovered sure came in handy, for he walked out of there with two pairs of shiny, new ice skates. Sooooo... balancing all this weight on two thin blades? This was bound to be disastrous.
Ella headed towards the lake, the place where she had agreed to meet the lovely Elliott, her name twin. Hehe. She was excited to see him again, actually. She had loads of 'friends' who weren't actually friends, the ones that she spoke to like... once. She finally arrived at the lake, wearing her casual clothes. Jeans and a boring old T-shirt.
Her eyebrow raised. The lake was full of people. Fuller than it usually is, and once she got a better look at it, she realised that someone NEW was there! OOOH. An ice rink??!
And there was Elliott, sitting on the ground with two pairs of ice-skates in his hands. Bless. Him. Aww. She skipped towards him and bounced down to the ground next to him. "
Helloo. Ice skating huh?" She took the other pair of skates and placed them on her feet without even asking. Imagine if he was waiting for someone else? Well, he SHOULD drop all of his plans for Ella anyway. Like, seriously... "
