Yes. She believed wholeheartedly that muggles didn't need their protection. They weren't an infant or some creatures, they were humans just like wizards, just without magic.
Some of the responses were really just...making her a little peeved, and she didn't bother responding to any of it cause it wouldn't do anything but make her more peeved. So to say that she was more than glad that Tate changed the subject was an understatement.
