Kurumi waited, patiently, for Adam to do or say anything. What was he thinking? Probably a lot of the same thoughts she was having. Even after she peeled off every layer, every doubt, every confused molecule, every happy memory, the one thing that remained was that she cared for Adam. Slowly and with shaking hands, she reached for Adams and laid it gently on top of his just as he nodded. Not sure of what that nod meant, Kurumi just smiled at him like an innocent angel. "I should, um, probably leave you alone," she said gently squeezing his hand. "You probably want some time to yourself..." She stood up, but still held onto his hand.
