Likely a trip by motorcycle, car, bus or train",the blonde began,"the Moon card warns that there might be hidden enemies, tricks and falsehoods. But it should also be remembered that this is a card of great creativity, of powerful magic, primal feelings and intuition",she continued,"and the fool is the card says you have all you need to do or be anything you want. But the card carries a little bark of warning as well. Stop daydreaming and fantasizing and watch your step, lest you fall and end up looking the fool."That were a lot of different meanings. Well maybe Salander had a mixed future? Hehe.
Now it was up for Fee to choose three cards.Mhhh this was hard.Taking three out of the feeling she laid them down on the table. The Star, the High Priestess and the Sun. Ohhh lets see what her future will bring.Exciiiiiiting.
Salander listened to the young Slytherin girl as she read the meaning of the Knight of Wands
'An excting trip?' Salander mused tilted his head. He
had been traveling quite a bit over the summer-- well truthfully he's gone over more miles over the summer than in all of his 17 years.
He nearly choked when Faye began reading The Moon card.
"Trickeries and falsehoods?" he repeated dumbstruck as he stared at the middle card. How did this thing know? Heck, did this thing know that he was being duped for a while now?
Can it foresee the future?
He listened extra carefully to the meaning of the last card. To start with he didnt like it-- The Fool. He's been called that way too often and was pretty much how he's been feeling for the past few weeks. He leaned back in his seat when Fee was done reading
"Huh.... so I could 'be all I could be'-- except I gotta watch for the landmines lest I blow my foot off?'"Well, that kinda made a bit of sense, although he had wanted something more definite-- like if he'd win the lottery or if a certain Durmstranger will get kidnapped by aliens and disappear off the face of the Earth....
Bah focus Salander!
He watched Fee pick out her three cards and started to read their meanings left to right
"The Star-- Its the card that looks to the future. It does not predict any immediate or powerful change, but it does predict hope and healing. This card suggests clarity of vision, spiritual insight. And, most importantly, that unexpected help will be coming..."
He then moved on to
"The Sun-- the light that comes after the long dark night, Apollo to the Moon's Diana. A positive card, it promises the Querent their day in the sun. Glory, gain, triumph, pleasure, truth, success. As the moon symbolized inspiration from the unconscious, from dreams, this card symbolizes discoveries made fully conscious and wide awake. This is science and math, beautifully constructed music, carefully reasoned philosophy. It is a card of intellect, clarity of mind, and feelings of youthful energy." He looked that the Slytherin girl
"Sounds like you got some good things going already..."
He looked over the last card
"The High Priestess-- is the card of knowledge, instinctual, supernatural, secret knowledge. She holds scrolls of arcane information that she might, or might not reveal to you. The moon crown on her head as well as the crescent by her foot indicates her willingness to illuminate what you otherwise might not see, reveal the secrets you need to know in order to make a decision about a problem or a job, an investment, love, career, family, etc."
