Simon wasn't paying to much attention until the Professor came to the last bit, he was just nodding as she talked about his friend. "Professor everyone is doing there best to find her but it's not as simple as that." Simon sighed. "Professor I want to be out there looking for her too, but I got told I had to come back to Hogwarts to learn and I feel terrible." Simon sighed, he hoped the Professor understood. Looking at the young Hufflepuff, she frowned and nodded. "At least you are aware of your actions and I do hope that you think before you act next time." It was after all one of those life lessons that needed to be learned. "Well, what has been said has been spoken and we can only go forth from here. Talk with Fee and move from there."
"Simon, you can't worry too much about the past. What has been done and can't be changed. You can only do so much now. From now on, just be honest." she replied. "That might not be the easiest thing now, but it's the best path for you to take."
Sylvie nodded and shook her head slightly. "I see. Well, if everyone is doing what they can do and all." IT still shocked her that no one had heard anything yet about the disappearance. "Simon, if everyone is doing their best, you have to allow them to continue. You have a responsibility to your studies and this is where you should be right now. I know you want to help, but maybe you should just leave it to the others right now. It doesn't mean that you don't care, it's just there is only so much you can do." Quote:

The frown didn't last long, though, and Destiny nodded her head when asked about the scissors. At first she thought maybe she had said the word wrong. Everyone knows that she has a hard time pronouncing some words and scissors, that has far too many S's in it.
Like speaking Parseltongue or something.
When Professor Welton went back into her drawer, Destiny sat up straighter in the chair and unsteepled her fingers. With the scissors now placed on the desk, she stuck her hand in her pocket and pulling out a small vial, she placed it on the desk right next to them.
"I'm going to need a hair sample." Watching the always amusing She-Snake before her, Sylvie caught the frown and sat up in her seat slightly, reaching for a peppermint toad, a white chocolate toad.
As she popped the chocolate in her mouth, she kept her eyes on the witch before her. Seeing the small vial, she raised an eyebrow.
"A hair sample?"
Well that was very new. Yes, this wasn't a normal visit at all.
"Destiny, why exactly do you need a hair sample from me?"
Okay, there was a number of reasons that she could need a sample. A multitude of reasons, but none of them comforted her in the least. |
