She was going to ask what he needed to see her about until she saw a boy and Elektra get their brooms taken away. It was at that moment that Violet remembered reading in the school announcements that brooms would be provided in class. She gasped covering her mouth and then said apologetically to Professor Vindictus,"Oh my gosh, I am so sorry Professor Vindictus, I completely forgot that the brooms would be provided. Then she smiled again at him and then walked happily over to the broom rack. Violet picked a broom and then eagerly walked over to the white line, standing next to Elektra waiting for the Professor to tell them what to do.
"I beg your pardon," Vindictus replied rather sternly at the Hufflepuff girl who clearly acted on her own without permitting him, THE professor, to say anything regarding her rule breaking. She thrust her broom into his other hand and walked off.
"Get back over here now."
