For a moment, Sion was silent. Completely silent. Then she shook her head. "Calling her crazy, my dear Damien," she said. "Is the understatement of the decade. Then again, hell hath no fury like a woman scorned."

Question was, had Damien scorned her? The lady that had decided to collapse a roof on him. Had he, say, turned her down? She'd let him keep his secrets. It had never bothered Sion to know people had those. Secrets. But it did bother her that someone had gone to such extreme measures. Gouging spell, must have hurt like mad. Unconsciously, her expression softened.

"You mean having to share the same office as you and Evander, doesn't do that?" Her lips had curved up, into a rather mischievous smile. She liked teasing him. Liked teasing people in general. Her expression softened again, however, at the statement that followed. "You do worry about the trainees, don't you?" she asked. More than you let on.

Ah. "Meet the man of the moment." Sion inclined her head, grinning. "I didn't know war had come to Britain." Her tones had an impish touch to them, again.
