"Detentions are meant to be unpleasant. They are used to deter us from repeating bad behaviour." she explained with a sigh. Her own experience with detentions had taught her to behave as a student. "Simon, I can assure you that Professor LaFay didn't force JD to leave Hogwarts." It was a silly thought and she was positive that JD had left for other reason beyond the control of himself or any professor at the school.
