Truebridge looked around. It looked like most students had got the hang of that method.
"The next method does not use wands, so for those of you who are done practicing the Intaglio method, please holster your wand and listen."
Truebridge started with a question,
"Can anyone explain what a 'galdr' is?".
The professor had put the wood back down and looked at Draven with a keen eye as he advised him to hold the wood with his other hand while doing the spell. With that Draven held the wood and then tried again,
"Intaglio Thurisaz, thurisaz, thurisaz."
And with that the carving began to appear on the wood much to Draven's delight. He had done it, and done it without killing someone in the process which made him feel great about himself.
Professor Truebridge than asked if anyone knew what Galdr was. Draven sat and thought for a moment and then raised his hand,
"Isnt Galdr some type of arcane song or incantation?" he asked not really sure.
