It took him those few minutes to realize he was actually supposed to be doing work and with a small sigh and another shrug, he straightened and fastened his eyes to his work again. "But that's just my perception. Still, I think yours looks wonderful."
Picking up his wand again, he considered the wonky, tilted and curvy rune he had almost finished. With a small shrug of his shoulders, he continued on it; may as well finish what he started and keep the memory of this time honest. Even if the rune didn't look exactly as it should. That wasn't the practice of this excercise anyways, was it?
She was forced to bring her eyes up to meet his when he removed his fingers from her unfinished rune. Shoulders shrugging lightly.
"Sometimes one form of magic can lead to the other, so to chose would be impossible for me to do." Flicking her eyes to his rune, and then her own unfinished one, she tilted her head again.
"I guess it's not too bad."
Tapping her wand against her chin, since the gloves made twirling difficult, she watched him for a brief moment before returning to her rune. There was no way she could remove the curves in the letter now, but she could at least finish the rune.
