He wasn't sure how long they had danced for, or how many times he changed the song so they would have something new to dance to, but it didn't matter. Time was endless and irrelevant. All that mattered was her, them, the beat of the music and the step of their feet.
It was only when one of his feet decided to catch behind the other that things came rushing back as the ground came rushing up. A twist of his body had him making sure that Arya would fall on top of him rather than the other way around, and thankfully the grass was a soft bed to collapse onto. Laughter rolled from him uncontrollably. Definitely the most fun he had had in a long time.
Her singing along with Sabel soon ended as the boy continued to change the tune along with the pace they danced to. It didn't bother Arya though, who was simply enjoying dancing with him, and his singing.
Their dancing seemed to come to an abrupt halt when Sabel tripped over his own feet, and sent them both falling to the ground. Arya didn't have much time to react as he kept hold of her and twisted, causing her to fall on top of him with a small squeal that was immediately followed by laughter. For a long moment all she did, all she could do was lay there and laugh; she hadn't had this much fun with him in a long
long time.
When the moment passed, and her laughter subsided to the occasional giggle, she lifted her head off his chest, her goofy grin hidden behind the locks of hair that covered her face and obscured her vision. Puffing out her cheeks, she let out gust of air, blowing a few strands of hair temporarily from her face before going into a fit of giggles and rolling off and beside Sabel.
"That...was much more fun than counting."
