Chapter Two:

"STOP!" I yelled jumping in front of the writhing boy, silently shouting a stunning spell at Voldemort as I grabbed the boy's hand and the dead one's wrist and disapparated right outside the maze. I fell to the ground screaming in pain, I heard nothing but my screams fill the air, as I saw people rushing towards me. An elderly man with half-moon spectacles and piercing blue eyes gathered me into his arms and brought me into a sitting position as he moved his mouth, but I heard no words come out. I saw Draco and Syriana headed towards me, fright and worry etched on their pale faces, over the Headmaster's shoulder and that was the last thing I saw until darkness took over.

*******Later in the Hospital Wing*********

'Bloody hell!' I thought as I awoke to a mind-splitting headache, a bandaged ankle, and painfully bright light that was soon shadowed by my cousin's, Draco Malfoy's, face right beside my best friend Syriana Zabini towering over me.
"How are you feeling, Izzy?" Draco asked, concern still etching his face.
"Bloody perfect!" I said rolling my eyes at him. "How do you think I feel Dray?" And for some reason I thought I saw a flash of guilt in his eyes as I heard Syriana’s familiar laugh.
"Sorry." He snapped and started walking away, but said menacingly to a group of people surrounding a bed about two down from me that seemed to be sniggering at him, "Shut it Potter, Weasels, you too, you filthy little Mudblood."
Everyone gasped as Draco turned to walk away smirking, as the four redheads started rising from their seats, but I was too fast for them.
"Petriphicus Totalus!" I shouted, jumping from my bed, but falling instantly with a yelp of pain, which had the nurse come running.
"Miss! What are you doing?" She asked shrilly.
"Teaching Malfoy here some manners; He decided to use a very fowl name at that girl over there, and all because of her blood status! He’s a fowl, evil little cockroach!" I said raising my voice slightly, as Syriana helped me stand once more and I thought I saw a hint of a smile grace the nurse’s aging face as the boy in the bed whispered to the bushy haired girl something like, "She sounds like you Hermione."
"I believe a detention with Professor McGonagall will help justify his actions Miss. Black." He said as his eyes sparkled with amusement.
"Professor Dumbledore, sir, so lovely to meet you, but please call me Bella - Isabella Ranee Black." I said holding out my hand for him to take.
"Pleasure to meet you Bella, but please call me Albus, Albus Percival Wilfric Bryan Dumbledore, and I believe we have your future to discuss." He said smiling and gently taking my hand to shake. After the Nurse gave me some Skele-grow she deemed me healthy enough to go with Albus, and so we began our silent walk to his office after I waved goodbye to Syriana.


I'm sorry my chapters are short and this one isn't as good as I would have wished it to be, but it's all I could think of for the time being, sorry, but I think the next one will be better, hope you like it and comment.
