Fallon smiled at as the professor let her into the office. Her eyes were caught by all of the books that lined the walls. Wow. The professor really must've loved to read. She thought it was rather nice of him to hold the door.
Fallon took a seat. Most professors were okay with that and that's usually what they had you do, so she took no time in sitting down. "Hello Professor. My name's Fallon McCarthy. I just wanted to introduce myself because Muggle Studies is my favorite class." She surprisingly had kept her calm through that. She didn't usually go introduce herself to professors.
Gesturing towards the chairs absently, Jeremy found that the Slytherin had already taken one, which was fine too. It was just that his now unnecessary hand gesture might have looked a little out-of-place since it was well, unnecessary. Nevermind.
Settling in his own seat he smiled at the girl, and after a small moment of contemplation decided against introducing himself. She probably knew who he was, right?
"Nice to meet you, Fallon. In which year are you in, if I may ask?" Oh, and she liked Muggle Studies?!
"That's great. I'm looking forward to seeing you in my lessons then." He replied with a grin.

"I was hoping since muggle studies was not my best subject, that you might take some time to help me get thru my NEWTs this year." She said hoping that he wouldnt think the cupcakes was a bribe for his help.
Her last year already?! *sadface* It was always sad to see students go at the end of the term. Even if he hadn't been teaching at Hogwarts for that long but he still had grown quite fond of most of his students. But this was only the beginning of the term so Rene and everybody else in her year still had a lot of time before them.
Heh. 
She had made what?! Jeremy even leaned forward in his chair slightly to get a better look at what was in the basket she had brought. With it still being in her lap and now finally without cover he got a pretty good view of what was inside and it was...CUPCAKES! Like she had said. But the awesome thing about them was what was on them.
"Thank you SO much!" He beamed at the girl, genuinely delighted, before with a small teasing grin he added - after he had heard her next question,
"You trying to bribe me?" He was only joking of course.

Alright! Good, Zoo had remembered him awesome! Now that he thought about it there actually were some things he could speak to the Muggle Studies Professor about. "Well there are two things actually...one being an idea for a class this year." It was an awesome idea! It really was! And it was only a TAD bit dangerous. Legend was about to continue when he realized that he hadn't even shown the Professor any manners yet! "Oh, sorry Sir, forgot to ask how are you?" The sixth year grinned.
That...was a good question. Actually he had meant it more like a greeting-phrase and had not expected an answer but now that Legend asked he couldn't really say he didn't care.
"Well, I do care obviously. But if you're just going to reply 'I'm good, you?' then you don't have to repeat it." Jeremy answered with a grin, curious of what his answer was going to be.
Somehow this was sort of scary coming from Legend.
A LOT! "Oh, and what might that be?" He couldn't quite hide the smile playing around his lips as he leaned back in his seat slightly, ready to hear the boy's proposal.
"I'm good, thank you." Dismissing his apology with a small shake of his head, he continued to smile at him expectantly.

He had insisted on not being left alone in the Gryffindor common room with Heather's animated stuff panda. The thing frightened him.
"Good evening, professor," Kurumi smiled as she pet Walnut. The cat's tail began swishing back and forth a bit. "Did you have a good holiday?"
After Kurumi had also moved into the office, Jeremy closed the door and followed the girl to his desk...always keeping a close eye on her cat. Or what he could see from it from behind. Walking around his desk he plopped down in his own seat, his eyes still on the cat to see what it did. In case it prepared for an attack or something. You could never know with those animals.
Focussing on Kurumi again, he smiled at her with a nod in reply to her question.
"Yes, I did. I never knew there were that many different kinds of lamps to choose from." Yes, that probably hadn't really made any sense in the girl's ears but it did to him.
"How about you? Enjoyed the summer I hope?" The THING was now moving its tail, did that mean something?!
And was that another knock on the door?
