The only problem was, no one knew what.
The small redhead hoped that he would not take notice of her Quidditch
practice clothes or for that matter her. She was a fiesty redhead when stirred up, but this man scared her and she wished to avoid him at all costs.

Turned out the bloke was downright friendly when he wasn't doing that weird towering over you and staring thing.
"Same to you, Miss Denver." Ikenna gave Lexi a warm smile good-bye and then turned to the other students that had assembled nearby. They were dressed slightly more formally than she, with the exception of the lurking Quidditch player. She did not seem to want to be noticed, however, and so Ikenna pretended not to see her from down the corridor.

Headmaster Tate was much more than just her professor, he was also the caretaker of the school and his job was to know what was out there in the wizarding world that could effect the students within these walls. Yet, Sir Nicholas has told Kurumi that Mr. Ikenna Gevrik was a very well respected member of the Ministry of Magic, perhaps he even knew her father, Charles Hollingberry. He probably could answer her questions about the statue and the posters she had seen in Diagon Alley.
Looking up, nervously, Kurumi didn't know what to do next. Was one of them going to appear from the mouth of the gargoyle?

But not all of them.
Jake had not forgotten his sunglasses at all. But he had expected to go straight up there... and now there were PEOPLE here. So he wouldn't get answers quite as quickly as he had been expecting.
Anyway. Adjusting his Ray Bans on his face (the awesome red and black checked ones), and leaning against the wall much like his father always did, Jake waited patiently. Once again he'd ditched his outer robes but wore the muggle-type uniform. The robes always made him feel sluggish when he was tired.
Now just to wait for Ikea Ikenna.
Stepping forward, Gevrik quietly made himself noticed to the two students waiting and looked from the young Gryffindor female to the older Hufflepuff male.
"Since you both are wishing to speak to me..." he addressed them politely, extending his arms in a welcoming manner,
"would either object to entering my office at the same time? I am assuming you both have similar questions."
