PERSONALITY: Osiris is very independent. She is shy and though she would like to speak up and make friends she feels that they will let her down and so she prefers to be by herself most of the time. However, if someone is to talk to her she will be as polite as possible and make sure that the other person knows that she is there for them (though in the back of her mind she is still afraid that they will simply walk away).

Orlando Armendariz Maldonado: Father: Attended Mexico's Academy of Magic for two years, then the American Academy of Magic for two more years and finally finished at the Magical Academy of Tasmania. He now works as an International Magical Liason for the Australian Ministry of Magic.
Carola Trent: Nanny/2nd Mom: Attended Magical Academy of Tasmania and has worked with her family since she was born.

HISTORY: Jolene and Orlando met at the Magical Academy of Tasmania and even though at first they didn't get along, they got together a year after being out of school. Osiris was born a year later on February 16th in Tasmania where both her parents had settled at the time. When she was three years old her parents packed up the house, and moved to Sydney when her father was offered a job at the Australian Ministry of Magic.

Before the move she and her parents had been very close and done just about everything together. After moving to Sydney everything changed, she was left in the care of her nanny Carola and didn't spend much time with her mom who became very involved in a new discovery in potions for limb regrowth. Her father was also distant since he was busy dealing with International liaisons from all all over the world.

When her letter from Hogwarts came Osiris was very confused, she had always thought that she would be attending the Tasmanian Magical Academy. Her father took her to a fancy restaurant for lunch the day after the letter arrived and explained that through his connections he had figured that Hogwarts would be the best place for her to go if she wanted to study Transfiguration. Osiris was surprised since she didn't realize that her father knew what she wanted to study. She was very happy that he would pay that much attention to her and that became excitement to go to Hogwarts, the place her father had found for her.

OOC: Well, my name is Paulina and I am from SoCal, USA and I recently graduated from college with a Molecular Biology major. I am currently looking for jobs (which is proving harder than I previously thought...) It is my first time RPing so any advise is greatly appreciated
