Lily sighed and closed the door with the use of her wand. "Well, it seems I'm a bit more busy than usual this term, hmm?" She smiled at Preston, though it was clear she was a bit agitated at the drama that had been created suddenly.
"Perhaps you should head back to your common room, it's growing rather late, and you'll want to get enough rest for the start of your classes, right? You can always come visit me again."
Preston nodded his head and stood up from his chair. He gave a little stretch of his arms, and a yawn escaped his mouth. Now that she had actually mentioned something, Preston realized how tired he was actually getting now.
Preston headed towards the door, feeling as if his feet were dragging.
"Al-alright. B-b-but I-I w-will b-b-b-be b-b-back." Preston told the Healer with a smile. He hoped that maybe next time he'd be able to speak with her alone. He had stuff he wanted to talk to her about.
"I-I'll s-s-see y-you th-then." Preston smiled at her before he finally left the room through door.
Detective Turner was now headed for his warm bed.
Detectives had to sleep too.
