She had never been told otherwise.
Unless...those weren't her grandparents and that picture on the table at her home was nothing more than a magazine clipping.
"Hey Eino can I see..." but by the time Kurumi had brought herself back to reality, Eino had already flipped to a different page in the thick book. "Who is that?" At least Eino didn't look as in shock as she had.
"A scary lady..." And that was an understatement, plus Eino never found anyone to be displeasing. "She pinched my cheeks so very tightly that I thought I would have lost them." So she did, and spoke to him in the most monstrous little voice which was very ear damaging. "She works between the English and Finnish Ministry to end any sort of relationship they might have. However, she also has been working in this job for decades and maybe she is familiar with all the heads of these departments." He said flipping the book back to the page Kurumi had seen her father and showing it to her. "You see, my father has been assisting her since he lives in London now, and every so often all of the members of the English embassy meet to report their status. Perhaps she might know who your father is." And if she did he would probably have to sell his cheeks for answers.
