Taking a little while to enter the room, purely out of nerves, Alex let Preston take a seat first and get well into his conversation as he took a seat next to him nervously. This was the first professor he'd visited, and he let Preston talk for a couple of reasons--one, he wasn't exactly sure HOW to talk to a professor, but it seemed like it was the same as talking to a normal person. Interesting. Maybe that was just how it was with the Healer though. She seemed really nice and laid back. So, he waited patiently for Preston to finish, or to be addressed by the pretty lady. He sat there nervously, not really sure what to do until he was spoken to.
It wasn't until Alex had finally taken a seat in the chair beside Preston that the twelve year old boy finally completely recognized him, having been so caught up in seeing Miss More for the first time since before they had gone on holiday. "Hey Al-Alex." Preston greeted his friend with a smile.

When she sat back down, Lily reached out and took the picture, "That is a lovely bike. Brysen's father has him riding on a motorcycle, but I think bikes are better." Better = safer.
She handed the picture back and looked towards the other boy when he walked in.
She smiled at the boy as he made himself at home, "To what do I owe the honor of this visit?
Lily nodded to Preston, "Pass along the chocolate to our friend, dear."
Preston watched Miss More carefully as she scratched a note out and sent it off with an owl. Did it have something to do with the photo? Preston wanted to ask Miss More even more questions about it but decided against it for the time being. Detective Turner had to wait for the right moment to do it, and now wasn't it.
"M-Motor-motorcycle?" Preston asked her taking the photo back and handing it to Alex to look at.
"A-aren't th-those th-the m-muggle b-bikes th-that m-make n-noise?" Preston asked trying to picture what one looked liked in his brain, he wasn't sure if had seen many on his stay in New York.
"B-Bikes a-are awe-awesome." Preston grinned.
"Oh." Preston muttered as he took some of the chocolate and handed it over to Alex.
"Th-they're m-mighty g-g-good." Preston grinned at Alex before he took another piece for himself.

Hearing the door open Preston turned to see who came in. He didn't recognize the kid but continued to look at him with raised eyebrows. He hadn't knocked on the door and waited like he was supposed to, and hadn't even said anything as he took a seat.
Was he connected to the photograph?
Detective Turner wanted to find out.

Preston turned back to Miss More as she spoke, and quickly looked back at the kid to see his reaction.
