Closing the door behind her, Jeremy let his eyes wander around his own office for a moment, mainly being used to seeing it from behind his desk. At the sound of her speaking up again he moved his attention back to the girl who was now standing near his desk.
"Oh, please, Rene, have a seat." And with that he gestured towards one of the vacant chairs and walked over to his own seat, lowering in it.
"I am good, thank you. How are you? Excited for the upcoming term?" Jeremy asked with a smile, leaning back in his seat slightly.

Yo! "Heya! How're you?" He assumed the 'sup' part of the boy's greeting was rhetorical which was why he didn't tell him what was up. Whatever that was supposed to indicate. Watching him taking a seat, Jeremy smiled at him, running a hand through his hair absently.
Hadn't he just said his name? Which normally meant he remembered him. Duh.
"I do...obviously." He grinned, both amused and a little confused by the conversation.
"Is there anything you wanted to talk about?" Or had he just come to pay him a random visit. Either was appreciated.
