"Yeah, the ministry budget cuts are a drag. They have a lot less copies of the school textbooks now. I have the Arithmancy text book in my bag if you would like to borrow it. I came here to find a book on human to animal transfiguration to do some independant study cause I love this sort of transfiguration. I have even been considering an animagus but I don't think I will.", Chloe ended with a grin.
