Worth it?
Eeeeeeeeeh... Maya's 'explorer' side debated wether or not it was worth the sometime annoying children. But, she did enjoy being a teacher...when she wasn't out looking for creatures that might not have been seen for years.
"If the students find themselves with more knowledge, then, yes it is." Hopefully they weren't standing at the front of the classroom in vain.
"Ah, Italy. I hear it's a beautiful country." So Josephina was Italiana, eh?

He shrugged his shoulders, and the robe settled around him as it was supposed to just as he reached his seat at the far end of the table. With a contented sigh, he sat down, finally able to wave at the assembled students.
Ah, here was the Astronomy Professor. Maya nodded at him, waited for Risu to sit down before striking up a conversation.
"Happy to be back?" She noted his wave to the students and wondered wether he looked forward to starting the classes again.

Hearing the student take out more than a handful of sweets, and watching her arrange the cups, she turned towards the voice of the new Transfiguration Professor.
Well, isn't she nice. Quite unlike anyone else at this table. She seemed pretty normal, infact, which was good. Maya wouldn't be able to
stand another one of those 'fair-maiden-princessesssss'.

Maya chuckled slightly, noting how excited the young girl was...and wondered just how much candy she had in her purse. Would one find candy wrappers around the school? She'd better not leave any around the creatures. And if Maya found any, she'd know who to talk to.

"That is very kind of you, Miss." but she didn't touch the cup, just left it where the childe had put them.

Oh...this one had 'mischevious' written all OVER her. Maya narrowed her eyes a little, glancing at her as she greeted everyone.

"That is good to hear," her spanish accent quite noticeable,
"Though, if you change your mind, there is always goat poo to clean up." Her serious face gave away no hint if she was kidding...because she wasn't. Heck, she might just ask for 'her help' in cleaning up, just because Maya now knew who this girl was.
