Italy. Wow. Liz would love to go to Italy. It seemed so romantic and pretty. It must have been amazing to live there. She blushed, and wished she could take back some of the things she said. Right. Moving on with conversation seemed the best idea. 'I think I might be Hufflepuff too,' she said. 'I'm certainly not brave; so there's no chance of Gryffindor, and I don't think I'll be in Slytherin either. I suppose there's Ravenclaw, but I don't even know any magic yet...' she stopped, realising that she was rambling again. How awkward.

Alec couldn't help but raise his eyes just a litte when Elizabeth said that she loved the book as well. "Really, most everyone that I have talked to has never even heard of it" He laughed just a little as she commented on how many times he had read it. Thats just how he was though. "Of course I've read it." He said giving her smile as she mentioned To Kill A Mockingbird. "I've read that one eleven times." he said with a nod of his head.

"Ya I guess Italy was pretty nice. I like England better, but that may be because I just like speaking English better than Italian" He told her. It may also have something to do with the fact that Italy held some not so cool memories for him, but well he wasn't about to bring those up. But wait no Lizzie beat him to it. "Actually they died in muggle car wreck last year." He told her. He didn't act like he was upset to talk about it or anything, he was just simply stating the facts. "My sister works for the ministry so I just came to live with her" He added. Alec nodded as Liz said that she thought she might end up in the same house as him. Well it might be convient to have the first person that he had met to be in the same house. Who knew they might actually end up being friends. "Wait did you just say that you don't know any magic?" He asked her looking a bit shocked. How could someone live without knowing any magic??
