Evan didn't remove his wand from where it was, and when Josh didn't move a muscle, he pressed it even more into his body. He wished mentally Don't be so stupid, Josh... But he kept his stare in the eyes, not moving any of his muscles neither other than his pressing wand. If only Josh tried anything--ANYthing stupid, he was dead. And the Slytherin wasn't kidding.

"Don't be silly Josh and back off. Now," he warned once more, not taking a step back himself. Did Josh want to insist on being too close to him? Well, this wouldn't do any good. Especially with that record of his in detentions. Unless he let him go, the prefect wouldn't tell anything but spells of hexes.
