"I better get some sweets for everyone else.... Just in case." She laughed and crossed her arms. "Lots of first years, yes. Were we this hyperactive six years ago? I don't remember being this hyperactive..." And if she WAS... Well, she must have wiped that bit from her memory. After all, who'd want to be an annoying, loud, giddy midget?

She nodded at Satine's words. "Yeah. I guess you're right..." Iris smiled at Satine as she mentioned cute boys. "Oh really?" She raised her eyebrow with a knowing grin. "Cute as in... dateable cute? Or... just "N'aww, ain't he cute?" cute?" Iris knew that Satine wanted a boyfriend... and she really was going to help her. Though, she didn't like Aaron's idea of trying to get her with Jimbo. They were both too eccentric. They wouldn't work out. Or so, Iris didn't think so .

And anyway, she had her own dating plans for Jimbo. He just didn't know it, yet. And neither did Wesley. But Iris was determined to make them happen. They'd be good for each other.

Iris was pulled out of her thinking when some first years ran off, arms full of goodies. "So... Anything new on the boyfriend front?" She asked her Ravenclaw friend.

Satine cringed as another firstie smacked into her side, ""I don't remember being like this six years ago at all. I think we were more..." she said it loudly but sweetly in the direction of the firstie, "considerate...Excuse you!"

"Ugh...really....I think we were all sooo nervous of screwing up that we didn't even venture out of our compartment...." she said with a little giggle and head shake. "OOOOO did you say the Prefect compartment? So does it look different than the common peep's compartments and car?" she said teasingly towards Iris.

Boys boys boys...yes she was boy crazy but was focused on not being a giggly useless twit around them, "OOOOO I've met a couple that might def be cute and dateable, but we'll have to see..." she said remembering the words she told the firstie she had met that was full of questions. "And eventhough that's one of my goals this year...I guess..I can't forget about studies..." she said with a big outting of her breath....."But boys can def be an extra!" she said with a wink.

"So how is everybody doing? Has Aaron's head gotten any bigger?" she said just picking on Iris.
