She was so glad to see him. Secretly she had been wondering where he had been the entire ride. She had seen everyone else, but him. And now he was standing in the doorway, so it looked like she found him.
"So how was the rest of your summer? I mean besides the times I was with you?"
Demitri gave a tired but relieved smile and took a seat beside Selina. He had been, as discretely as he could, looking for her and there she was.
"Pretty normal, as summers go," he started casually, hoping not to bore her,
"I was wishing to go on vacation somewhere, but that didn't happen." It was for his own good, he knew, but he still hoped.
"How was yours?" He asked.
